Parlodel Uses
Parlodel is used in treatment for conditions caused by an increased amount of
the hormone prolactin, problems with menstruation, Acromegaly and Parkinson’s disease.
This medicine works as dopamine agonist.
How Taken
Parlodel must be taken with food and as prescribed by your physician.
Parlodel Precautions
Drowsiness and dizziness can happen when taking Parlodel, use caution if you are
driving or around machinery. Do not drink alcohol with this medication as it can add to these effects.
Missed Dose
Take as soon as remembered. If close to your next dosage, skip the missed dose.
Two doses should never be taken at once.
Parlodel Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, diarrhea, fatigue, dry mouth, indigestion, headache,
appetite loss, vomiting, cramps of the stomach and nose stuffiness are all possible side effects.
Storage
Parlodel should be kept between a 68 and 77 degree F temperature.
Keep away from light, moisture and heat.

Call your local center for poison control at 1-800-222-1222 or go to the nearest emergency room.
More Information
If you have high blood pressure, coronary artery disease or breast feeding,
speak with your physician before taking this medication.
